In the Information age, we are only as good as the information we hold; therefore, this information is a most valuable commodity, a source of knowledge and thus of power.

Information Assurance (IA) is the practice of managing information-related risks. More specifically, IA practitioners seek to protect and defend information and information systems by ensuring confidentiality, integrity, authentication, availability, and non-repudiation. IA includes the steps and process necessary to safeguard information storage and transmission and also what is commonly referred to as ‘cyber defence’.

Furthermore, in any IT dependent organization, the networks are the lifeblood of the institution. These networks and the information they contain need to be safeguarded by IA policies, tools and processes implemented by trained and competent people.

Our specialists assist in understanding what is critical and how it should be defended. They will also assist in identifying the right tools, implementing the right policies, and delivering the right training necessary to protect critical information systems.
